This is the final look of the work shop shed. It cost just a bit over $4,000 and is now worth about 8K.

I can say that everyone that sees the Work shop shed loves it. It has running water, Electricity, Internet access and 220V for the under ground sprinkler system that draws from the local creek. It has a solar fan in the roof that pulls the heat out and keep it cool in the summer. The size is 12 x 16 not including the porch.

I will offer it up for 7K and you move it.
