ELoan quite possibly the worst loan I have ever taken a loan out with. They gave me the loan and since then I have yet to talk to a person other then once.
I have tried calling and got threw once. I have sent letters and I think they trash them as a normal process of dealing with customers.
I will tell my story to you if you want to hear it. This is not a company I will ever do business with again. I would never recommend that you use them either.
I think they have similar customer rules to AOL who knows.
They don't want to talk to you or respond to letters.
What a company.
Do your self a favor and avoid them I would not use them EVER..
I wonder how many complaints they have with the BBB?
I wonder how many folks feel the same way I do?
Think twice and look at better
customer service companies.
I just went to there site and noted a few awards.. Who the fuck gave them those awards... Them self?
